Laboratories

Maa Saraswati Group And Society, Indore, have state of art facilities for computer labs and students from class I onwards will be allowed to access in the computer lab. There will be separate computer facilities for students of Nursery wing.

Another is language lab for all classes, that includes Physics lab,Mathematics lab,Science lab.Modern equippmentswith proper space for experiments and other scientific projects will be made available for students. Initially a Junior science lab is being provided for classes up to X and later on separate labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Social Studies will be made available for senior students.

Library

Information is the heartbeat of meaningful learning in schools. At our school library we strive to create a learning environment that empowers students to connect with, engage with and utilize information in meaningful and purposeful ways.

Fundamental to this learning environment is the development of a school wide information service where learners have opportunities to access multiple sources and forms of information and the appropriate technologies to do so. The superbly well stocked library houses a vast collection of books, digital sources, resources and services on a wide range of topics. The endeavor is on inculcating the reading habits in children, giving a free rein to their imagination and minds in comfortable and conducive ambience. The Reference Sections supports the curriculum and beyond. The advanced digital library and an E-library Section is the response to need of the times expanding the horizons of all learning beyond limits.

Transport

Safe and comfortable transportation in air-conditioned buses is provided by the School. It is mandatory for all children (Class I upwards) to use School transport. Children are picked up and dropped at fixed points within 500 metre radius of their residences. Children and educators travel together. Each bus has a fire prevention equipment, first aid and an attendant as precautionary measures. We take every measure possible to ensure that the children travel to and from school every day in a comfortable manner.

Smart Class

Classrooms are spacious, centrally air conditioned and have lighting arrangements as per international standards. The number of students in each class is restricted, so that the teachers give individual attention to each student. Aesthetically designed furniture has been provided in each classroom, keeping in mind the comfort of the child. Each classroom of the School has been tailor made to cater to the creative needs of the tiny tots. In the our school Classroom are the Interactive white boards used in our school as a replacement for traditional white boards or flipcharts. They provide ways to show students everything which can be presented on a computer’s desktop (educational software, websites and others) in an actual working setting. In addition interactive whiteboards allow teachers to record their instructions and post the material for review by students at a later time. This is a very effective instructional strategy for students who are absent from school, for students struggling while learning, and for reviewing work during examinations.

Parents Meeting

Whether your child is in Primary or Secondary School, the Parents Teachers Meeting is an important time to meet with your child’s teacher in a one to one setting. Furthermore, it lets your child know that you care about their progress and their schools. In Primary school parents will usually only meet with the child’s class teacher. In Secondary school, however you will meet with all or most of their subject teachers (around six to ten individual teachers). However, at each level the objectives are similar. It is a chance to see how your child is getting on in school, where their strengths and weaknesses lie, how they socialise with other children in the classroom, playground, extra curricular activities etc. It is also a chance for your teacher to learn more about your child in order that you can work together for your child’s success.
